The My Authentic Space Energy Activation will take you on a deep dive into your sense of self to understand how your selfhood seeds and creates your reality. Wherever you are in your relationship with self, the healing dynamics at play will help you heal, restore, deepen, and expand your selfhood as needed. As you grow into truer authentic selfhood, you will naturally create a more wholesome and fulfilling reality.

This activation will declutter your energy field by clearing out inauthentic energies and patterns so you can recenter in a truer sense of self which will naturally elevate your life. With more authenticity, you will experience greater ease in choosing anew who you want to be, why you want to be it,  what you want to create, where, when, who with, and how to go about it all!

To help you heal yourself, the entire process comes in a written PDF format with individual files for your convenience. The energy work is made up of:

1) One self-healing: a longer healing process with guidance, invocations, and breathwork to perform regularly. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to enact.

2) Four energy clearings: short healing processes with guidance, invocations, and breathwork to move through daily. Each takes about 5 minutes to enact.
