With this Recovery Healing Journey, Spirit is offering you deep and enduring healing after a time of hard and dispossessing experiences which have deeply affected your sense of self, your faith in life, and your spiritual connection. This healing journey is intended to help you recover from a period or experiences of failure, loss, devastation, or stagnation.

You may be feeling drained or lacking in energy, balance, purpose, drive, well-being, or faith after what you have gone through. Whatever you have lost along the way, this healing journey will meet you where you are to help you recover wholesome selfhood, hopeful belief in Life’s endless possibilities, and grounded trust in Universal goodwill toward you.

Through energies of release, restoration, elevation, and redirection, The Recovery Healing Journey will empower you to leave the old behind to rebalance into greater authenticity, spirituality, and deservedness.

To get you there, the entire process comes in a written PDF format so you can freely enact your own healing. The energy work is made up of 12 sets of offerings each containing:

1) One self-healing: a longer healing process with guidance, invocations, and breathwork to perform regularly. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to enact.

2) One energy clearing: a short healing process with guidance, invocations, and breathwork to move through daily. It takes about 5 minutes to enact.
